Returns & Refunds

We try our best to ensure that the details described on our website for each product is as accurate as possible. However if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will offer a full refund within 7 days of receipt providing it is still in the original packaging and therefore has not been used

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.  The refund will be made to the original card used at the point of purchase.
For all returns please send an email to returns@takeyourpic.co.uk or Tel: 0203 145 1394 quoting your order number and date of purchase and then return the goods to us.

Faulty Goods / Incorrectly Supplied Or Damaged Goods.
You must contact us within 7 working days and follow the returns procedure above. You will receive a replacement or full refund for the goods and any carriage cost incurred.
